1. Acceptance
XPcashout ("the Site", "we", "us") is based in Porto, Portugal. By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. Only one account is allowed per person, household, device, and PayPal account.
3. How Earnings Work
Rewards come from third-party offer partners. We credit your balance only after the partner confirms you completed the offer. We are not responsible for offers that partners fail to track, reject, or reverse. Offer requirements, availability, and reward amounts are set by partners and may change at any time.
4. Pending Period
Earnings stay pending for up to 7 days before becoming available for cashout. Pending or available earnings may be reversed if an offer is charged back by the partner or flagged as fraudulent.
5. Cashouts
The minimum cashout is $3.00. Payouts are sent through the methods listed on the Site. You are responsible for entering correct payment details; we are not liable for payments sent to an incorrect account you provided. We may request identity verification before processing a cashout and may hold payments during a fraud review.
6. Prohibited Activity
The following result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances:
- Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, or device spoofing
- Creating multiple accounts or referring yourself
- Giving false information to offer partners
- Using bots, scripts, or any automation
- Reinstalling apps or resetting devices to repeat offers
- Any attempt to manipulate tracking, rewards, or referrals
7. Referrals
You earn a referral bonus when a user you refer completes their first offer. Bonuses are paid only for genuine new users. Bonuses linked to fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referred accounts will be reversed.
8. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Balances have no cash value until successfully cashed out and cannot be transferred between accounts.
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, including for suspected fraud. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; any balance below the minimum cashout will be forfeited. Accounts with no login for 12 months may be closed and their balances forfeited.
10. Changes to the Site and Terms
We may modify or discontinue features, rewards, or the Site itself. We may update these Terms, and continued use after changes means you accept them. Significant changes will be announced on the Site.
11. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee any level of earnings or that the Site will always be available or error-free. Third-party apps and games are the responsibility of their developers.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XPcashout is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the available balance in your account. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
13. Taxes
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes that apply to your earnings.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. EU consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
